Job summary

J&J Snack Foods in Moscow Mills, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Daddy Ray facility. You will repair equipment, assist in installing new machinery, fabricate parts, and work with vendors and engineering to improve reliability.

This role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience in a consumer product environment, experience with welding, PLCs, fabrication, and knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ maintenance experience in a consumer product manufacturer
• 3+ years’ experience in welding, plc, preventative maintenance, fabrication
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Ability to work multiple shifts
• Position requires some weekend work
• Regular and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment and building functions used in daily operations.
• Assist in installation of new machinery and equipment.
• Fabrication of parts and equipment.
• Identify design enhancements to improve equipment reliability with vendors and engineering.
• Report broken/inoperable/unsafe equipment to supervision and take corrective action as needed.
• Guide and assist Maintenance Technicians in equipment repairs.
• Maintain training in OSHA programs, GMPs, HAACP, CCP procedures.
