Job summary

J&J Snack Foods Corp in the United States seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician for our Daddy Ray facility. You will directly repair and maintain major equipment to keep safety, efficiency, and productivity at the forefront of daily operations.

You will perform preventative maintenance, assist with new machinery installation, and collaborate with vendors and engineering on design improvements to boost reliability. A minimum of 3+ years in consumer product maintenance is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ maintenance experience in a consumer product manufacturer.
• 3+ years’ experience in welding, PLC, preventative maintenance, fabrication.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Willingness to work multiple shifts, including some weekend work.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment and building functions used in daily operations.
• Assist in installation of new machinery and equipment.
• Fabrication of parts and equipment.
• Identify design enhancements to improve equipment reliability with vendors and engineering.
• Report unsafe equipment and take corrective action as warranted.
• Maintain training in OSHA, GMPs, HAACP, CCP procedures.
