Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will assist managers to deliver smooth operations and ensure customer satisfaction, with on-the-job training provided if you have no experience.

You will work in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple departments and handling equipment maintenance tasks, while prioritizing safety and customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring strong service orientation.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to learn and perform maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care with cleaning, maintenance, and stocking.
• Operate and maintain various facility systems and equipment (HVAC, fuel, refrigeration, plumbing).
• Cross-train in other departments as needed and support leadership roles.
