Love’s Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment across our locations. No experience? No problem—we’ll teach you! You will support store, restaurant, and truck care operations and help deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Customer-facing role with emphasis on service quality.
• Knowledge of cleaning, maintenance, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service needs.
• Operate and maintain equipment for facility operations (HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration, etc.).
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction by following company safety policies and procedures.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
