Love’s Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our facilities safe, clean, and well‑maintained while delivering a positive customer experience. You will assist your manager to ensure smooth operations and swift service for customers, with a focus on safety and high standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role focused on delivering a positive experience.
• Assists store, restaurant, and truck care depts with maintenance and cleaning.
• Operates cleaning/maintenance equipment including HVAC, fuel, refrigeration systems.
• Complies with safety policies and procedures.
• Able to move 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist multiple departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service needs.
• Use tools and equipment to maintain facility operations and perform basic repairs.
• Cross-train in other areas such as cashier roles and leadership tasks.
