Job summary

Pembroke & Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a franchise group in Southern Maine and New Hampshire. You will perform preventative maintenance, cleaning, painting, small repairs, basic carpentry and light plumbing for multiple establishments.

This on-site role requires a valid driver's license and availability for on-call repairs. The position is Monday–Friday with optional overtime and potential part-time flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' maintenance experience.
• Clean driving record and driver's license to get to and from the different businesses.
• Be available on call for emergency repairs (6am-6pm) and not very often.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated history of being dependable.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, coordinating with owner, management and subcontractors daily by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, deep cleaning, painting, small repairs, basic carpentry and light plumbing for restaurant locations.
• Maintain and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities, and grounds.
• Follow PM schedules, winterization, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with owners and managers to report status and issues.
