Job summary

ConvenientMD in Maine is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs at multiple clinic locations. You’ll handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and appliance installations under the guidance of the Facilities Manager, with a work truck and gas card provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance or related field required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work evenings or weekends occasionally.
• Comfort with basic technology (tablet or iPad).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance installation, and more.
• Complete quarterly inspections and maintenance, such as drywall repairs, painting, and furniture staining.
• Assist with special projects and setting up new clinics.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including electrical devices that don’t require a licensed electrician.
• Maintain fire alarms, emergency lighting systems, and smoke detectors.
• Install winter rugs across clinics during the colder months.
• Support marketing by hanging banners both on-site and off-site.
• Follow safety standards and report any hazards immediately.
