Maine Course Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily hotel operations by completing repairs, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring systems are in excellent working order. This role impacts guest experience by keeping the property safe and running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience preferred, hotel background a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose and repair varied issues.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical labor.
• Flexible schedule, including some weekends or evenings.
• EPA or maintenance certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily general maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Complete routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests and guest service needs.
• Maintain property safety by inspecting and repairing locks, doors and alarms.
