Qualifications

• - Maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• - Follow safety and quality standards in daily maintenance tasks.
• - Reliable and detail oriented to support restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
