Qualifications

• Maintenance and cleaning of interior and exterior restaurant areas.
• Ability to perform equipment cleaning and window cleaning.
• General upkeep of grounds, stock rooms and restrooms.

Responsibilities

• Filter daily fryer oil.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
