McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person for a franchise-owned restaurant in Richmond, VA. You will support management in keeping the restaurant interior and exterior clean and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.

Responsibilities include fryer oil filtration, grounds upkeep, cleaning, and basic system maintenance. This is an on-site role with benefits and opportunities for growth through the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Maintenance tasks and upkeep of restaurant facilities
• Attention to cleanliness and safety standards
• Ability to operate and inspect basic restaurant equipment

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
