McDonald’s Maintenance Person position within a franchise-owned restaurant requires supporting management to keep interior and exterior areas spotless and to maintain kitchen equipment. Daily tasks include fryer oil filtering, grounds maintenance, and window cleaning, with weekly duties like unloading deliveries and trash disposal.

Responsibilities extend to restocking, changing light bulbs, HVAC cleaning, and general upkeep to ensure a clean, safe dining environment for guests and staff.

Responsabilités

• Assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
