McDonald’s in East Moline, IL is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep interior and exterior areas clean and restaurant equipment well maintained. You’ll work as part of the Maintenance Team, supporting management with the tools and training needed to succeed.

Responsibilities include cleaning, oil fryer filtration, grounds upkeep, trash, light bulb changes, and HVAC/roof debris removal; unloading deliveries twice weekly and ensuring a safe, well‑presented restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Maintenance work readiness and physical stamina.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and clean equipment.
• Clean windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor and change light bulbs.
• Inspect and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
