Job summary

ProTec Building Services in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced General Maintenance Technician to support building upkeep and supervise a team of technicians on various trades, including carpentry, concrete, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and more.

The role requires reading technical data, performing repairs, and coordinating materials and staff while maintaining high safety standards and timely communication with management.

Qualifications

• Requires two to three years of working experience in at least two trades such as framing, concrete, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, etc.
• Trade certifications are a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with no DUI/DWI in past five years.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks and supervise assigned jobs.
• Read technical data and manufacturer specifications to complete repairs and installations.
• Respond to maintenance requests and execute work orders per scope of work.
• Procure and deliver materials, coordinate technicians, and outline job responsibilities.
• Maintain safety on site and report hazards to management.
• Record time and expenses using the company system.
