Solution One Industries seeks a Maintenance Technician to support CBP operations across West Texas and New Mexico from Marfa, TX. The role may involve operating a maintenance contact vehicle and requires strong attention to detail and teamwork to sustain mission readiness.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a vocational training background, and 5+ years of maintenance experience, with familiarity in ISO/AS9100 quality standards and a current driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or trade school program or equivalent apprenticeship (HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing).
• 5+ years’ maintenance experience for contracts of similar size and scope.
• Experience applying ISO, AS9100 or similar quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance across sectors.
• Reduce downtime via troubleshooting and repair.
• Provide redundancy coverage and preventive maintenance planning.
• Coordinate with Program/Supply Chain teams to support CBP operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D quality standards.
