Qualifications

• Two years maintenance/repair experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance both interior and exterior of building, fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
• Schedule and oversee third-party contractors for repairs or maintenance.
• Inspect ladders, dock doors, dock lights, dock plates, and personnel door access for safe operation.
• Maintain Preventative Maintenance schedule and log for all buildings and equipment.
• Operate battery changing equipment for powered industrial equipment and use hand/power tools and meters.
• Identify and repair faulty equipment while complying with all safety requirements.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
