Kenco Logistics in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general facility and equipment repairs across the site. You will schedule contractors, inspect safety-critical components, and maintain preventive maintenance logs for all buildings and equipment.

The role requires at least two years in maintenance, strong mechanical ability, and basic computer skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with a background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance to interior and exterior of building, fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
• Schedule and oversee any third-party contractors visiting facility for repairs or maintenance.
• Inspect ladders, dock doors, dock lights, dock plates, and personnel door access for safe operation.
• Maintain Preventative Maintenance schedule and log for all buildings and equipment.
• Operate battery changing equipment/station for powered industrial equipment.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment.
• Identify and repair faulty equipment.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Additional duties as assigned by direct Supervisor.
