Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general facility and equipment repairs at our Jeffersonville, Indiana site. You will schedule and oversee third-party contractors, inspect dock equipment, and help maintain preventive maintenance logs.

The role requires hands-on mechanical ability, at least two years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years maintenance and repair experience required.
• Strong mechanical ability required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance to interior and exterior of building, fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
• Schedule and oversee any third-party contractors visiting facility for repairs or maintenance.
• Inspect ladders, dock doors, dock lights, dock plates, and personnel door access for safe operation.
• Maintain Preventative Maintenance schedule and log for all buildings and equipment.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment.
• Identify and repair faulty equipment.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Additional duties as assigned by direct Supervisor.
