Job summary

Odyssey House is seeking a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Salt Lake City team. The role covers maintenance, repairs, and renovations across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

You will work under the Director of Facilities in a non-exempt role with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive hourly pay. Comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance, upkeep, and renovations including HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, and refuse removal.
• Assist in building code inspections and licensure compliance, including City, County, and State Fire and Health inspections and Joint Commission.
• All grounds maintenance, upkeep, and services.
• Reports to Director of Facilities. This position is non-exempt.
