Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance and repairs on housing facilities, equipment, and furnishings.
• Assists in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry system upkeep and repair.
• Conducts regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Completes work orders and preventive maintenance tasks promptly and professionally.
