Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping to ensure excellent curb appeal and quality apartment homes. You will respond to customer service requests and help maintain storage areas, while following company safety standards.

Under supervision, you will handle preventative maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed, with duties including walking the property daily and coordinating with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA certification required; must be attained within 90 days of hire.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience and ability to perform preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Assist with maintenance of storage area and materials; respond to safety concerns.
• Complete service requests in a timely, standardized manner; schedule vendors as needed.
• On weekends, on-call duties, and after-hours emergency service as required.
