BRG Realty Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service multiple locations in the Greater Cincinnati/Dayton/NKY region. The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, plumbing/electrical skills, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Repair and install plumbing fixtures and components.
• Maintain HVAC systems and perform routine service.
• Perform electrical repairs and installations as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Respond to resident service requests and resolve issues.
