Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in at least 3 of the following disciplines: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, drywall.
• Basic electrical repair experience.
• Plumbing experience.
• Air conditioning repair knowledge.
• Drywall patching experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair buildings and structures within Lake Blackshear Resort and Georgia Veterans State Park.
• Report to Engineering Manager and support daily maintenance operations.
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
