Coral Hospitality's Lake Blackshear Resort, located at Georgia Veterans State Park in Cordele, GA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for all buildings and structures within the resort and park. Qualifications

• Maintenance Technician reports to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for all buildings and structures within the Resort and Park.
• Minimum two years’ experience in at least 3 of the following disciplines: basic electrical repair, plumbing, air conditioning repair knowledge, painting, drywall patching.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all buildings and structures within the Resort and Park.
• Collaborate with Engineering Manager to ensure facilities and equipment are in good working order.
• Deliver high levels of guest service through proactive maintenance and timely repairs.
