CLS Living in Ruston, Louisiana, is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the community and ensuring resident satisfaction through exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience and skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and construction. Additionally, they will foster a positive community atmosphere while managing maintenance tasks efficiently.

Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.50 per hour, including generous benefits to support personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proficient working knowledge of basic building HVAC systems.
• Proficient working knowledge of basic building electrical systems.
• Proficient working knowledge of basic plumbing systems.
• Experience with make-ready unit preparation.
• Construction skills including sheetrock patching, texture, painting, flooring, and carpentry.
• Experience with groundskeeping and irrigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships.
• Conduct daily property walkthroughs to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Complete work orders promptly and document damages if necessary.
• Collaborate with leasing office to coordinate service requests.
