Job summary

Redstone Residential in Provo, Utah, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to protect, maintain and enhance the value of our communities while maximizing resident satisfaction. This role focuses on on‑site upkeep, basic repairs and proactive maintenance across grounds, buildings, and common areas.

You’ll join a growing, purpose‑driven team with strong training and development opportunities, supporting residents and maintaining curb appeal in a dynamic multi‑family housing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant industry experience; property management experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of maintenance tasks and basic tools.
• Able to lift at least 75 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and keep grounds and buildings clean and well‑maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties.
• Provide exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Keep common areas tidy and safe; manage trash, debris, and pet waste.
• Oversee apartment turnovers and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
