Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant industry experience; property management experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of maintenance tasks and safety practices.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs and stand for 8–10 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and keep grounds/buildings clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Provide exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Keep common areas tidy and safe for residents and staff.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies per policies and procedures.
• Communicate issues to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
