Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community buildings and grounds in top condition. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, and kitchen equipment, while coordinating with residents and staff to keep living spaces safe and welcoming.

You will work under broad supervision, follow federal, state, and local regulations, and communicate effectively with local fire marshals and building inspectors.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with building systems (HVAC, elevators, fire/sprinkler, generators).
• Ability to perform routine and unplanned maintenance tasks.
• Strong communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on building systems.
• Maintain interior and exterior of community facilities to meet safety standards.
