MCC Label in Spring Mill, PA is seeking a Maintenance Tech/Electrician to keep production equipment running smoothly. The role covers electrical schematics calibration, troubleshooting during downtime, and performing preventive maintenance in a fast-paced facility.

Ideal candidates have experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and can read schematics. The job requires physical activity and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Formación

• One or more years of demonstrated experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
• Ability to read electrical schematics; vocational maintenance training certificate preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and operating systems familiarity.
• Ability to multi-task and identify process improvements as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess product output relative to specifications.
• Physically able to perform required duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent walking.

Responsabilidades

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment in a multi-shift environment.
• Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems to repair machines.
• Supports Lean Manufacturing and 5S in the production environment.
• Maintains and repairs the facility as needed.
• Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned.
