Job summary

MCC, a global leader in premium labels, is seeking a Maintenance Tech/Electrician to support production equipment in our U.S. facilities. The role requires diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to keep lines running smoothly.

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to unplanned downtime, and contribute to Lean and 5S programs. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a century-old industry leader.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
• Ability to read electrical schematics; vocational maintenance training preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and operating systems.
• Ability to multi-task and identify process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess product output against specifications.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly; frequent walking and stairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance during machine service in a multi-shift environment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles to optimize production.
• Maintain and repair facility infrastructure.
• Participate in special projects and other assigned duties.
