The position runs Monday–Friday with an on-call rotation and on-call bonuses, requiring leadership and strong English communication for effective teamwork and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience in welding and fabrication is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
• Leadership experience in supervising teams or projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English is required for effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on facility equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs using tools such as an Ohmmeter.
• Fabricate parts and components as needed to maintain equipment functionality.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot problems.
• Supervise maintenance staff during projects, providing leadership and guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
