  • Supervise maintenance staff during projects, providing leadership and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all facility systems and equipment through effective maintenance practices. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, facilities maintenance, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. The Maintenance Technician will also play a key role in supervising maintenance activities and leading projects as necessary.

Shift: Monday - Friday

Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm

On-Call Rotation: One technician a week per month is assigned on-call duties

On-Call Compensation: Weekly on-call bonus provided

Service Call Compensation: Minimum 4-hour pay premium when called in for service work

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on various facility equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and conduct repairs as needed, utilizing tools such as an Ohmmeter.
  • Fabricate parts and components as required to maintain equipment functionality.

Educational and Experience Requirements:
