Job summary
Bridgewater Interiors is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform scheduled preventive maintenance, fabricate components, and modify equipment to improve quality, efficiency, and safety. The role covers pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and welding tasks, including troubleshooting, running air lines, wiring, and using diagnostic tools like meggers, scopes, and multimeters.
You will respond to emergencies outside regular hours and support the Maintenance Supervisor with miscellaneous
Qualifications
- Experience performing preventive maintenance and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, motor controls, and conveyor systems is beneficial.
- Familiarity with pneumatics and hydraulics; ability to troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance procedures.
- Fabricate equipment components, workstations and fixtures.
- Modify equipment to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Respond to emergency situations outside of regular hours.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Able to perform all small maintenance tasks.
- Performs other duties deemed necessary by the Maintenance Supervisor.
