Indiana Regional Medical Center, Inc. is seeking aMaintenance Technician to install, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems on-site in Indiana, PA.

The role requires interpreting blueprints and schematics, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety and compliance with codes. The ideal candidate has 3 years of general maintenance experience, knowledge of multiple trades, and a valid PA driver’s license.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent with knowledge in all trades
• Post-secondary or training in maintenance skills
• 3 years of general maintenance experience; experience in electricity, plumbing, heating, and mechanical
• Valid PA driver's license

Responsabilidades

• Install, repair, maintain, and inspect electrical/plumbing/HVAC systems according to code and specifications
• Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions and recommend appropriate solutions
• Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively
• Collaborate with apprentices and provide guidance and mentorship when required
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations
• Complete work orders, time logs, and documentation accurately and on schedule
• Assist with estimating materials and labor for projects as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
