Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Electrical: installs conduit, circuits, electrical panels, disconnects and troubleshoot faults and outages.
• Plumbing/heating/welding: installs pipes, tests, repairs boilers, pumps, valves and related equipment.
• Carpentry/painting: builds shelves, cabinets, and performs renovation work.
• Air conditioning/refrigeration/ventilation: tests for leaks, repairs, and adjusts thermostats.
• Preventive maintenance: performs calibration and routine maintenance per manufacturer guidance.
• Mechanical: maintains building utility systems and associated equipment.
• Landscape/yard care: maintains grounds and outdoor areas.
• Supports quality improvement and safety policies.
