Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Pleasanton, CA seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems at corporate campuses. You will respond to scheduled and unscheduled work orders and support building operations under supervision from the Building Engineer and Senior Manager.

You’ll install, maintain and repair equipment, document routines in Corrigo, stock parts and coordinate with contractors.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with vocational training.
• At least 1 year of related experience or training.
• Ability to read issues and provide solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including emergencies.
• Valid driver's license and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair minor building plumbing systems and fixtures and wall assemblies.
• Respond to emergency calls during off-duty hours when safety is at risk.
• Address problems and recommend solutions to meet parameters.
• Order and stock supply parts for future needs.
• Assist in testing and inspection checklists for quality work.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and HVAC issues across equipment.
• Document preventative maintenance tasks in the CMMS Corrigo.
• Coordinate with contractors and upload reports as required.
