Job summary

Tencate Grass is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to install, analyze, maintain and repair mechanical and electrical production equipment. You will work with production and engineering to meet maintenance requirements and ensure reliability.

Responsibilities include diagnosing malfunctions, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, reading schematics and PLCs, and training others as needed. This onsite role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred in electronics/electrical maintenance.
• Proven ability to diagnose, plan, repair and maintain electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Experience with reading blueprints, ladder logic, and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information from work orders and manuals to diagnose and fix malfunctions.
• Perform corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Read blueprints, schematics and PLC logic to troubleshoot and repair systems.
• Train others as required and assist supervisor as directed.
