Job summary

NEOTech in Longmont, CO is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Tech to perform day-to-day upkeep of the building and equipment. You will assist with maintenance tasks, coordinate with the Facilities Manager, and help obtain service quotes for various facility needs.

The role requires hands-on experience with electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing, plus the ability to troubleshoot equipment and read schematics. A high school diploma and 1+ year in manufacturing maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; associate degree or trade certification a plus.
• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing operations maintenance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident due to ITAR/CUI compliance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and perform electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior building and equipment.
• Coordinate daily/weekly work with Facilities Manager.
• Assist with quotes for services and facility needs.
• Ensure safety procedures including Lockout-Tagout are followed.
• Support ISO quality systems and 6S initiatives.
• Assist with space relocations and vendor communication.
