Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with industrial maintenance background.
• Experience or training in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electrical, or related program.
• Working knowledge of mechanical power transmission, motors, bearings, pumps, conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and ability to use diagnostic instruments.
• Ability to read manuals/schematics and work instructions safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery, utilities, and facility equipment according to established schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic control-system issues.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and complete durable repairs to reduce repeats.
• Install, align, adjust, and test machinery, components, and safety devices.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Document labor, parts, findings, and completed work in CMMS or other records.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
• Support upgrades, continuous improvement, changeovers, and new installations.
• Coordinate maintenance with production, quality, engineering, vendors, and contractors.
• Follow lockout/tagout, electrical safety, machine guarding, confined-space, hot-work safety procedures.
