Qualifications

• Must read and write simple correspondence and understand safety procedures.
• Able to read instructions and follow diagrams for repairs.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance advantageous.

• Handle minor building repairs and upkeep.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and processes.
