Job summary

Electrolux Group in North Carolina is seeking a maintenance technician to deliver safe, reliable maintenance support to plastics and fabrication operations. You will perform work independently or collaboratively, maintain equipment uptime, and document all actions in CMMS to minimize production interruptions.

You will participate in continuous improvement, energy efficiency initiatives, and ensure compliance with EMS and ISO standards.

Qualifications

Two (2) year degree or diploma focused on Electrical/Electronic Maintenance or Industrial Systems.
Five+ years of injection molding experience preferred.
Seven+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
Troubleshoot three-phase 480V, 24V controls, motors, and PLCs.
Experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLC platforms.
Knowledge of ISO 50001 energy systems and SEUs.
Experience documenting in CMMS and supporting EMS/ISO standards.
Independent work and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Maintain 5S in the work center.
PM tasks per schedule and document in CMMS.
Contribute to continuous improvement for reliability and efficiency.
Maintain records, shift handoffs, and repair history per procedures.
Support energy efficiency efforts and ISO standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve uptime and performance goals.
Work self-directed on the 3rd shift with strong communication.
