Job summary

Electrolux Group seeks a Maintenance Technician I to support the production line at our facility in Kinston. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment to maximize reliability, uptime, and efficiency, with a focus on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.

Qualified candidates will have an associate degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Maintenance and experience with PLCs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Maintenance or related field.
• Two years of formal technical education or training.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems including 480V and 24V control circuits.
• Ability to troubleshoot motors, controls, and electrical panels.
• Working knowledge of PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems; support PLC-driven operations.
• Support Siemens and Allen-Bradley platforms; resolve controls issues affecting production.
• Ensure safety, quality, ISO, and energy standards; reduce downtime.
