Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Dwell at Carmel in Charlotte, NC to own the role on-site and serve residents with excellent customer service. You will complete resident and property service requests and learn skills such as pool maintenance and grounds care while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
