Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Service Technician for our Six Mile Cypress residential community in Fort Myers, FL. This full-time role pays $20.00–$22.00 per hour, with performance incentives and growth opportunities in a vibrant living environment.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and more, while ensuring the property looks its best and residents receive exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience is required.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Physical capability to perform demanding tasks and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more to keep the community running.
• Maintain curb appeal and provide outstanding resident service daily.
• Use smart building tech and apps to manage work orders and track tasks.
