Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC Certification required.
• CPO Certification preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general maintenance repairs.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Ability to work occasional holidays.
