Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.

• Experience in performing repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform turnovers and make-readies for apartments.
• Conduct various repairs including drywall and plumbing.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks.
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls.
