We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our enthusiastic team, committed to delivering top-notch service and quality living environments for our residents.

In the role of Maintenance Technician, you will be essential in ensuring that our properties are not only well-maintained but also safe and comfortable for our residents. You will be tasked with a variety of maintenance duties, responding efficiently to service requests, and performing general repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on apartment units and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and ensure timely and quality resolution
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents by completing necessary repairs and cleaning
• Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and report any unsafe conditions
• Support the maintenance team as needed and contribute to team meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and basic HVAC maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to participate in on-call maintenance rotations as required
