Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance work experience.
• Valid driver license.
• Participation in on-call program may include off-hours.
• Experience with hand tools and basic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and perform electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry tasks and mechanical systems.
• Maintain grounds, parking lots and driveways including snow/ice removal.
• Move heavy furniture and equipment and handle freight as needed.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and residents' rights are respected.
• Drive company vehicle when required and maintain punctuality.
• Attend required meetings and participate in safety trainings.
