Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical systems, carpentry, plumbing and painting.

Responsibilities

• Solicit cost estimates or cost proposals.
• Estimate costs and work hours for maintenance projects.
• Oversee and participate in preventive maintenance and repairs of facilities.
• Maintain accountability of materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Ensure safety compliance for self and team.
• Recruit, onboard and train employees; develop skills.
• Set expectations and evaluate performance; ensure quality and deadlines.
