Job summary

Digitrace is seeking a Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance activities ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency of production equipment and facilities.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues, replace components, and work with production staff to improve equipment performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial or manufacturing CNC maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and work orders.
• Valid driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

• Pull and replace machine linear guides and ball screws.
• Support with scheduling PM, reading report, diagrams and drawings.
• Working knowledge of tool Probing function for CNC Mill Machines.
• Able to work with complex NC machine up to including 5 Axis.
• Perform machine leveling and alignment on all machines.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Repair machinery, equipment, and facility components as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
• Install, modify, or relocate equipment as directed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance concerns before failures occur.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance work area.
• Assist with facility upkeep, including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Work with production personnel to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Purpose

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for coordinating and performing maintenance activities to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of production equipment, facilities, and support systems. This position serves as the lead technician, providing guidance and direction to maintenance personnel while actively participating in troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Rate of Pay and Benefits

Rate of Pay and Benefits: $29- $34 per hour
